Student Led Conferences will be here before we know it. They are going to be held on April 26th this year. We are going to start work on our projects soon. 5th grade will be focusing on their favorite book and making some awesome things to go along with it. We may even try some new technology. Yea SmartBoards!
We are into our 3rd day of ISAT testing. So far, I think everyone is doing a great job. They are working very hard anyway! So…keep up the great work 5th graders.
We had a wonderful Halloween party today! The 5th graders had a great time – witches brew and all! The costumes were great. “Old Lady” Skyler won the class costume contest from Mrs. Sims.
I am looking forward to seeing each of you at Parent/Teacher Conferences next week. Report cards will be sent home on November 3rd. Please return the signed envelope at conferences or with your child the following week. We have gotten off to a great start, and I hope you are pleased with your child’s progress.
