Students are put in flexible small groups to work on specific reading and writing skills.

Previously, I taught for 7 years as a 7th grade science teacher at West Liberty Middle School.

I have always lived in the Rockridge School District and am excited to be teaching here. I started my school career at Andalusia Elementary, transferred to Illinois City Elementary, and graduated from RHS in 1994. I received my Associate in Arts degree from Blackhawk College and my Bachelors and Masters degrees from Western Illinois University.

I live in Edgington with my husband, four year old daughter, and two cats.
