Like D said, many of us have probably heard these questions a thousand times already, but it doesn’t hurt for us to answer them over and over again as we progress in our search for our new homes for the next 4 to 5 years. It’s pretty important not to wait until the last minute.

The other night, my Facebook status was: “Cyrus Esbon Turner is terribly bored. I’m trying sooo hard to avoid filling out this College Application.”

Within minutes, I had two comments:
Friend #1: “Don’t delay it anymore. I did and now I’m $20,000 in debt and not sure if I even wanna go there!”

Friend #2: “Haha! Don’t put that too long and be like me and not have any financial help cause I’m dumb and didn’t do what I was supposed to….Awwww sad day for me… lol”

This scared me enough to finish it. Bahaha…

In general, you should be thankful for your friends and family that ask you questions about the future, because they do it because they care. Obviously Ms. D cares about us, and I care about all of you enough to say if you haven’t started your search for home; I suggest you get to it. :]

Welp, Here I am. A little late, but I’m here.

I’m thrilled to be here. We’re seniors boys and girls! Personally, I’ve set a goal to just enjoy myself, find pleasure in the word “senority” in certain situations, and make sure I put fourth all the effort I can into my acedemics this year.

“In the end, when I’m litterally being handed my diploma (or at least the binding for it) I don’t want the first thought to cross my mind to be “I did it…” but rather that “I did it right…”

K so it’s 8:31 p.m. on Monday night and the best thing I could think of to do was read all of my English classmates’ entries. Best choice of my life (ok maybe I went a little too far there but seriously they were pretty awesome) Ya you are so right Nichole. You’re not funny at all. Wow…. Ms. D you sure do know how to freak someone out after the very first day of school. HAHA Most of the questions I had answered but, it was still scary to think about actually going through with those plans. I think this is because everyone around us has been talking about college since we were tykes and now….. now we actually have to do it. :-/ I feel happy, terrified, scared, and excited all at the same time. Ughhh way to go Ms. D!!!!!

I’m am so ready for college that I wish there was such thing as a Kelsey fast forward button! Hopefully I will overcome my flaw of procrastination for college… This made me realize I need to figure out the little stuff that may help me get through college better.
