Make sure you are getting your summer band forms turned in to me by Friday, May 6th. I need lots of time to get everything organized and ready to go by June 6th. Thanks!

Our first combined 6th grade rehearsal is tomorrow, Wednesday, May 4th from 9:30-10:30am. Make sure you are ready to work hard and have fun. Also make sure to have your instrument and music. See you tomorrow!

This week in lessons we are setting goals. Every one of us chose an individual goal that can be accomplished by our May concert. We also wrote down steps that we can take to reach our goals. These goals can be found in the front of our band binders. Ask what you can do to help us reach these goals!!

The St. Ambrose Jazz Ensemble will be performing this Friday night at 7:30pm in Allaert Auditorium. If you are available and would like to see Mrs. Zeglis play trumpet, come out and join the fun!

The following students will be playing in the 2010 IMEA District II Junior Band: Miyah Sellers (bassoon) and Carly Walker (oboe)! Congrats girls, your hard work has payed off!

You guys rocked at your concert last night! Everybody did a great job last night and your hard work definitely paid off!!!

Our spring 6th grade band concert is on Thursday, May 20th at 7:00pm. The call time for 6th grade students is 6:35pm for attendance and warm-up. Students need wear dress clothes (no blue jeans or tennis shoes) and bring their own music stands. See you there!!

The spring Junior High Band/Chorus concert is tomorrow night at 7:00pm in the high school auditorium. Call time is 6:30pm. See you there!!

Our combined 6th grade rehearsals will be here before you know it! These rehearsals will be on April 27th, May 5th, and May 11th. These will be during the school day so please help your child remember their instruments.

Also, our evening rehearsals will be held in the high school band room on the following dates: April 27th, May 4th, May 11th, and May 18th.
